The foundational standard of honesty, consumer fiduciary care, statutory compliance, and fair co-broking binding every certified TRF realtor.

1 Fiduciary Loyalty & Consumer Transparency

When representing a buyer, seller, lessor, or lessee, a TRF member pledges to protect and promote the legitimate interests of their client. This obligation of absolute fidelity requires complete disclosure of all material facts, title link documents, and statutory approval statuses without concealment.

2 Mandatory TS-RERA Adherence

Members shall never promote, advertise, or accept advances for any real estate layout or building project that has not obtained valid registration from TS-RERA. All digital, video, print, and billboard marketing collaterals must prominently display the official TS-RERA project number and individual agent registration QR codes.

3 Ethical Inter-Realtor Co-Broking & Non-Circumvention

Members shall respect exclusive client relationships and written agency mandates held by fellow practitioners. Direct solicitation, backchannel negotiation, or malicious circumvention of a peer's registered client is a severe violation of the TRF Charter, resulting in immediate suspension.

4 Binding Arbitration via Forum Tribunal

In the event of a commission controversy or inter-agency dispute between TRF members, members agree to first submit the grievance to the TRF Conciliation Tribunal for binding arbitration prior to initiating external court proceedings.
